One Redesign vs Locofy

Locofy is a Figma, Penpot and Adobe XD plugin that converts designs into code across React, Next.js, Vue, Angular and HTML/CSS on the web, and React Native, Flutter, SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose on mobile, using a one-click AI mode plus a manual tagging mode for tighter control. In our view it produces the cleanest component structure of the plugin generation. One Redesign exports React Native, HTML/CSS, SwiftUI, and Flutter from one canvas, each carrying the coordinates you drew. Locofy's output quality depends on how tidy your Figma file is, because it has to infer structure from layers, while One Redesign owns the canvas so the export carries your exact coordinates. If you want responsive components from an existing Figma library, or you need a target we do not have such as Vue, Angular or Jetpack Compose, use Locofy. If you want the exported layout to carry the exact coordinates you drew rather than an inferred structure, use One Redesign.

Where Locofy is the better choice

Locofy produces readable, component-structured, responsive code, and readability matters if a team is going to live in that code for years. Its component names roughly track your Figma layer names, it uses flexbox consistently, and a junior developer can pick up the output and modify it. We do not compete on any of that: our output is positioned boxes, which is exact but not idiomatic hand-written layout. Locofy also covers more targets than we do, not fewer: Vue, Angular and Next.js on the web, and SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose on mobile, on top of the React Native and Flutter we both have. It has GitHub PR export and a developer API too, which matters for agencies running many pipelines. Platform reach is not our advantage over Locofy and we should not imply otherwise. If your work is web and your priority is maintainable, responsive components, Locofy is the better tool.

Where One Redesign wins

One thing, and it is a mechanism rather than a feature list. Locofy's flexbox output is an interpretation of your layout, inferred from a Figma file it did not create, and interpretations have to be checked. Ours carries the coordinates you drew, so there is nothing to check.

Should I switch from Locofy to One Redesign?

Switch if pixel drift between the design and the build is your recurring problem, and you would rather draw the screen once on a canvas that owns the coordinates than tag a Figma file and check what came out. Do not switch for platform reach: Locofy covers everything we do and more. Stay on Locofy if you need responsive output, want idiomatic flexbox components, or need Vue, Angular or Jetpack Compose.
