One Redesign vs Anima

Anima is a Figma plugin and standalone web tool, and one of the most installed ones, that converts Figma frames into web code and is a Figma Dev Mode launch partner. It is widely used for design QA and for a fast first pass at web code. One Redesign exports React Native, HTML/CSS, SwiftUI, and Flutter from one canvas, each carrying the coordinates you drew. Anima reads a Figma file it did not create and infers structure from it, while One Redesign owns the canvas, so there is nothing to infer and the export matches what you drew. If you live in Figma and want a fast web draft, use Anima. If you need the same screen on mobile and desktop platforms and need each to match, use One Redesign.

Where Anima is the better choice

Anima wins if your designs already exist in Figma and you are not going to move them, which is most teams. It also produces responsive web output, and we do not: our layout is fixed to the device size you design at. If you are building a marketing site or a fluid web app that has to look right at every width, Anima's approach fits that and ours does not. It is also the safer pick if you want a Dev Mode-integrated workflow, since Anima is a launch partner there.

Where One Redesign wins

Anima has to work out what your Figma file meant. We already know, we own the canvas it was drawn on. And our export reaches SwiftUI and Flutter, which Anima does not do today, so native iOS is in scope from the same screen. Anima lists both as coming soon, so this is the one advantage on these pages with a shelf life.

Should I switch from Anima to One Redesign?

Switch if you are shipping to native mobile today, which Anima does not cover yet. Stay with Anima if you are web-only, need responsive output, or your design system is too embedded in Figma to justify designing anywhere else.
